It’s easy to get in a hurry or get excited about a possible job opportunity but when sending your resume to a potential company make sure you slow down and look over your work. Whether you are double checking your resume or reviewing an email, make sure you are double checking for spelling errors to give them a good first impression and let them know you take pride in your work. Also, make sure you have your phone number and email address correct on your resume for a company to be able to contact you. I have seen a lot of absent numbers/emails or phone numbers getting transposed which results in not being able to contact you for what may have been your dream job.
